Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Pro plans at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle, with prorated adjustments for upgrades. Note that Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime to process more invoices. For temporary needs, we offer extra invoice packs: 50 invoices for $5/month.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, the Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll have full access to all Pro features during the trial period.
What's the difference between Pro and Lifetime plans?
Pro ($9.99/month) offers 100 invoices/month with advanced features and analytics. Lifetime ($79 one-time) offers 20 invoices/month with basic analytics - perfect for light users. Both plans will include upcoming AI features and integrations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe. Pro plans can be paid monthly or annually. Lifetime is a one-time payment.
Can I get a refund on the Lifetime plan?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Lifetime plan. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the subscription fee or one-time Lifetime payment.
What's included in priority support?
Pro plan customers get priority email support with faster response times. Starter and Lifetime plan customers receive standard support.
Can I import my existing invoices?
Yes, all plans support bulk import of existing invoices. The bulk upload feature is available on Pro and Lifetime plans.
When will the AI features and integrations be available?
We're actively developing AI chat assistance, automated due date reminders, and QuickBooks/Xero integrations. These features will be automatically included in your plan once they're ready - no additional cost.
