In these Terms: 'Service' refers to re:invoices platform and all related services; 'User' refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service; 'Content' refers to all data, text, images, and other materials uploaded to or generated by the Service.

You may use the Service for lawful invoice and receipt management purposes. You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We process your invoice data using AI technology to extract relevant information. This processing is performed to provide the Service functionality. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data during processing and storage.

You retain all rights to your data uploaded to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your invoice data or other content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, secure data centers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our website. You may change your subscription plan at any time through your account settings.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due immediately upon the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, except as required by law or in cases of service failure.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by re:invoices and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, re:invoices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless re:invoices from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which re:invoices is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the intent of the original provision.
